Barons Crescent Boronia Park
Barons Crescent Boronia Park
The main alterations to this house in Barons Crescent, Boronia Park were completed in 2007 followed by a separate job to build the carport three years later.
Originally it was a timber framed weatherboard house that had been “brick-veneered” in the 1970s. In the makeover the exterior brick work was rendered and painted, the windows replaced and the existing roof tiles removed and replaced with Colorbond steel roofing. Internally a new ensuite was added, the kitchen redone and a new laundry/bathroom added downstairs. Upstairs, the existing bathroom was remodeled. All the rooms were repainted and repaired, and the living/dining, kitchen and entry floors were replaced with polished boards
Before After
The owners were very involved in the project and designed the kitchen cupboards and colour scheme.
